Firm Overview: Martin & Wall, P.C. is a CPA firm founded in 1994 with over 1,000 clients and offices in Washington, DC. Las Vegas, NV. and Chicago, IL. Our firm’s three partners each have 15-20 years of professional experience, multiple licenses and certifications, and a total commitment to client service.

Who We Serve: The core of our client base are small business owners, professionals, and gay & lesbian couples seeking to minimize their taxes, increase their wealth, and to use our firm as a resource to guide them through important financial decisions. We also audit and advise many non-profit organizations serving our communities. Our clients represent a wide cross section of industries, including but not limited to: real estate agents, information technology companies, franchise operators, consulting firms, attorneys, doctors, dentists, construction companies, publishing companies, wholesale and retail merchandise and bars and restaurants.

Comprehensive Services: We seek to be a one-stop-shopping financial marketplace for our clients to obtain comprehensive, creative, cost-effective solutions to business, financial, tax compliance, and financial reporting challenges. This includes, but is not limited to: preparing individual and corporate tax returns, representing taxpayers before the IRS and state taxing authorities, implementing wealth management strategies, developing customized calculations and “what if” scenarios to improve financial decision making, conducting audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements, developing business plans and financial forecasts, and implementing overall financial strategies to maximize wealth and minimize taxes.

Team Approach to Client Service: At many CPA firms with multiple partners and/or multiple offices, a person becomes a client of a particular partner at a particular location instead of a client of the firm as a whole.
